Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your box ships. 

 Q: Do Luxury boxes really include free shipping?

A: Yes! Free shipping is built into the price of every Luxury box. No surprise costs at checkout.  

Q: Can I add a personal message?

A: Absolutely every Personal Cupid box includes a card with your personal message. Add it at checkout. You can also choose one of our faith-inspired card messages just ask.  

Q: Do you do custom or bulk orders?

A: Yes! We love custom boxes and bulk orders for teams, hospitals and churches. Use our Build Your Own Box option or contact us directly for a quote.  

Q: What if something arrives damaged?

A: Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right immediately.  

Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A: We currently ship within the United States only.  

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

 A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
